I’ve been dreaming of getting a smile makeover for years. I’m just about to have enough money and I am feeling a little bit of a panic. What if I spend all this money I’ve worked so hard to save up for and end up not liking the new smile?

I understand your fear. We’ve seen a few people in our office who came in distraught over work they’ve had done elsewhere wondering if there was any way to get their money back.
My suggestion would be for you to go to a dentist who has some form of a guarantee. Some of them call it a Beautiful Smile Guarantee, though not all.
What it boils down to is you making sure that they won’t permanenetly bond on your porcelain veneers until you’ve had a chance to try them on with a temporary paste to see if you really like them. If you don’t, they go back to the lab to be re-done as many times as it takes for your to be thrilled.
