I had some dental bonding done to repair a chipped tooth about ten years ago. It’s starting to look pretty dingy. So are my teeth for that matter. If I got teeth whitening, would it also whiten the dental bonding?

Wow! Ten years is above the life expectancy of dental bonding. Congrats for keeping it in good shape that long. Unfortunately, teeth whitening only works on natural tooth structure. That means the dental bonding won’t whiten.
That doesn’t mean you can’t whiten your teeth though. Here is my suggestion.
First, I’d get your teeth whitened. Once you’ve reach your desired level of whiteness, have your dentist replace the bonding for your chipped tooth with new composite materials that will match your gorgeous new white smile.
Let me know if that bonding lasts another ten years!
