I’m getting my bottom wisdom teeth taken out and I’m wondering if I should do the top ones at the same time? They’re not having any problems, but they point inward. What do you recommend?

It would only add about five minutes to your procedure to have the upper wisdom teeth removed with the lower wisdom teeth. If you’re removing the lowers anyway then your upper wisdom teeth will have no opposing teeth. So, they really won’t serve any use.
They do however have the potential for problems. First, they are food traps. There is a greater possibility of developing decay in your adjacent molars. Also, the younger you are, the easier it is to remove your wisdom teeth. If they develop problems when you are older, then you are much more likely to develop complications.
