Hi, I’m 40 years old and have six teeth that need to be pulled. Should I get partial dentures or dental implants?

If your budget allows, I will always recommend dental implants over dentures. They protect you from the bone loss that occurs with dentures. In fact, at your age, by the time you are 55 or 60, there would be enough bone loss that you wouldn’t be able to wear your dentures any longer.
With dentures, you lose about 50% of your chewing efficiency. They also tend to move around a bit. It is possible to get implant supported dentures if the individual implants and crowns are too expensive for you.
