My daughter is 15 and gets made fun of mercilessly in school. Her teeth are crooked and yellow. She does brush them, but they still seem more yellow than normal. She doesn’t want braces, because they make fun of those kids too. My question is can a 15 year old get cosmetic dentistry?

You didn’t mention what type of cosmetic dentistry you are interested in. When most people think of cosmetic dentistry, they generally have something like porcelain veneers in mind. While technically a 15 year old can have them placed, their jaws and gums are still developing. You’ll have to replace them much sooner than a full grown adult would., which increases your cost. However, if that is what the both of you want, it is possible.
There are other options for helping her teeth. Crooked teeth can throw off a bite and lead to other problems, like TMJ. I know she doesn’t want to wear braces, but have you looked into Invisalign. That and some teeth whitening and she’ll be in much better shape cosmetically. Then, if she still wants porcelain veneers after these awkward growing years that would be fine.
