I took a tumble yesterday and chipped my front tooth. I thought I could live with it, but have changed my mind. What can I do to get this fixed, that won’t cost a fortune?

My recommendation would be to do dental bonding. That will work if it is a small chip. You’ll need a good cosmetic dentist because it is a procedure that is done freehand.
The most important aspect of this is to find a good cosmetic dentist. If you’re happy with your family dentist, but he or she doesn’t do good cosmetic dentistry, you don’t have to abandon him/her.
I would go to one dentist for your cosmetic work and another for your general dentistry.
