About three years ago, I had Lumineers Bonding done. My dentist called them no prep and did them all in one day in his office. I paid a fortune and they’re already starting to pick up stains. Can I have them whitened?

Lumineers and bonding are two different thing. Based on what you’ve said, I don’t think you had Lumineers placed on your teeth. I believe you had dental bonding done. If your dentist told you he placed Lumineers and charged you for that procedure, you’ve been ripped off.
There are a few reasons I think it was bonding. One, you said he did it in his office. The Lumineers brand insist you use their lab, so he wouldn’t be able to do them, start to finish, at his office. Secondly, Lumineers would last for many years, not just three.
Unfortunately, teeth whitening won’t work on either procedure. Whitening only works on natural tooth structure.
If you have the bill where your dentist said he gave you Lumineers and have another dentist look at them and say they’re bonding. You can get your money back and get the right procedure from someone else. Hopefully someone much more trustworthy.
